Taipei Maokong Gondola Ticket Package

Select the booking date, fill in the information of one person to place the order. Once payment is successful, the order is confirmed.

Please present the QR code at the self‑service ticket exchange machine to redeem your ticket before entering (ticket exchange machines are located at: Taipei Zoo Station, Taipei Zoo South Station, Maokong Station)

(1) In case of heavy rain or lightning, the Maokong Gondola will suspend operation. Please contact hopetrip customer service directly for partial refund assistance. Thank you.

(2) The package ticket is valid for 14 days, i.e., it must be used within 14 days after the first item is used (including the first day of use). For example, if the first item is activated on 1 January 2025, the latest usage deadline is 14 January 2025.

(1) Only one‑way shuttle service is provided: Taipei Zoo South Station ↔ Bird Park Station, Bird Park Station ↔ Train Terminal. There is no direct shuttle train between Train Terminal and Taipei Zoo South Station. Please alight at Bird Park Station and transfer (no need to exit the station). If you need to ride again after exiting the station, you will need to purchase another ticket (EasyCard, iPASS, icash, or cash are accepted on site).

(2) Those eligible for free admission must present a valid ID upon entry. Those who fail to do so or do not present it before payment will not be entitled to the discount. No refunds will be given after riding. Please present the ticket for collection by station staff before boarding.

(3) Lost, damaged, burned, torn, or illegible tickets will not be reissued, refunded, or exchanged.
