Kuo Yuan Ye Museum of Cake and Pastry (Shilin Branch) is located on the 4th floor (take the lift to the 4th floor from the security booth next to the main store)

Please arrive 10 minutes early to check in at the 4th floor counter

Tools and ingredients are all prepared; just bring a happy mood to enjoy the class

Put on an apron, and be guided step by step throughout by a professional instructor (group teaching, not tablet‑based)

Mix the ingredients into dough, then wrap the pineapple filling yourself and place into moulds

Add your own unique design to your pineapple cakes

No idle time while the pineapple cakes bake; follow the guide to tour the museum

The museum has a traditional costume dressing activity
