(1) The supplier may refuse service to intoxicated guests without refund;

(2) Outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited;

(3) Latecomers who do not notify in advance will have their experience time shortened. If late by more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled;

(4) Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity;

(5) In case of adverse weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the booking and arrange an alternative date or full refund;

(6) If the order is cancelled due to force majeure, the supplier reserves the right to decide whether to accept and approve date/time changes or refunds. HOPETRIP shall not be liable;

(7) Refunds or changes will not be accepted for late arrivals / no‑shows / those refused service due to non‑compliance with supplier regulations;

(8) Refunds are not available once any activity has been attended / any attraction entered / any ticket used.
