Participants must be aged 6 or above; not suitable for those aged 80 or above; same price for adults and children;

(1) If the preferred time slot is full, staff will recommend other available time slots;

(2) The supplier may refuse participation to intoxicated individuals without a refund;

(3) Outside food and drinks are prohibited;

(4) Smoking and drinking are prohibited; if found by staff, participants will be asked to leave immediately;

(5) Latecomers who do not notify in advance will have their experience time shortened. If late by more than 15 minutes, the booking will be cancelled;

(6) Not recommended for individuals with conditions such as high blood pressure or epilepsy;

(7) All guests must complete a health check form on‑site before the scheduled SPA treatment;
