Participants must be aged 10 or above. Same price for adults and children;

(1) If the preferred time slot is full, the staff will recommend other available slots;

(2) The supplier may refuse intoxicated individuals from participating in the activity, and no refund will be provided;

(3) Outside food and beverages are not allowed;

(4) Smoking and alcohol consumption are prohibited. If caught by staff, you will be asked to leave immediately;

(5) If you arrive late without prior notification, the experience time will be shortened. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the reservation will be cancelled;

(6) Guests with infectious diseases, hyperthyroidism, or tuberculosis are not allowed to enter;

(7) All guests must complete a health check form on‑site before proceeding with the scheduled SPA treatment.
