Please note that infants and children must be counted in the number of passengers.

(1) Children aged 0‑2 who do not occupy a seat are free of charge;

(2) Children aged 0‑16 must be accompanied by a paying adult;

(3) Children aged 17 and above are charged the same as adults;

(4) Children under 90 cm in height can enter LEGOLAND Windsor Resort in the UK for free;

The voucher is only valid on the specified date (and time).

Please show the voucher on your mobile phone to the staff at the meeting point.

Please ensure you arrive on time; please arrive at the meeting point 30 minutes before the activity time.

(1) Latecomers or no‑shows will not be refunded;

(2) Boarding starts at 09:00;

(3) The operator will be waiting for you at the Evan Evans service desk at Victoria Coach Station, and will guide you to the correct boarding gate;

On some departures, there will be a brief stop in Windsor on the return journey to pick up passengers from Royal Windsor.

The travel time from London to LEGOLAND Windsor Resort is approximately 1 hour, and you will have about 6 hours to enjoy LEGOLAND Windsor Resort to the fullest.

(3) If there are passengers in your group with mobility issues or requiring a wheelchair, please contact the supplier 7 days before the departure date to arrange a suitable vehicle;

(4) Please note that some rides and attractions at LEGOLAND® Windsor Resort in the UK have certain physical requirements. Therefore, the park reserves the right to refuse entry to specific individuals if, for any reason, it is deemed that riding certain attractions may pose a danger. The UK Health and Safety Executive has advised the park that refusal of entry based on health and safety reasons does not constitute discrimination;
