Up at The O2 Climbing Experience in London

Professional guide, all necessary safety equipment, Up at the O2 experience, personal item locker;

Transportation fees, meals and beverages, other personal expenses;

(1) Participants must be aged 8 or above to join this activity;

(2) Children aged 8 and above are charged the same price as adults;

(1) Height must be at least 120 cm or above to join this activity;

(2) Maximum 18 persons per group with one guide. If the group is larger, up to 30 persons, two guides will accompany the climb;

(3) Participant weight must not exceed 130 kg;

(4) Children aged 8‑17 must be accompanied by an adult. One adult can bring a maximum of 5 children aged 8‑17;

(5) Participants' waist circumference must not exceed 125 cm, and thigh circumference must not exceed 75 cm;

(1) No bags or personal items are allowed during the climb. You may bring a mobile phone, but it must be placed in the phone pocket of the climb jacket and can only be used on the viewing platform;

(2) Lockers and storage boxes at the venue are small in size, therefore large handbags and luggage are not allowed;

(1) The operator may refuse participation to intoxicated individuals without a refund;

(2) This activity is not suitable for: individuals with high blood pressure / epilepsy / heart conditions / pregnant women / persons with physical or mental disabilities;

The activity is not suitable for bringing a wheelchair;

(1) Socks, jeans, long pants or shorts (recommended), gloves and a hat (in winter);

(2) Please wear appropriate clothing according to the weather conditions on the day;

The voucher is valid only for the specified date (and time);

(1) Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the activity time;

(2) No refund will be given for late arrival or no‑show;

(1) Bus: Take bus numbers 108, 129, 132, 161, 188, 422, 472 or 486 and alight at North Greenwich Station bus stop, then walk for 6 minutes;

(2) Car: You can park your car in Car Parks 2, 3 and 4 at The O2. All car parks have payment machines accepting cash or credit cards; no advance booking is required;

(3) Underground: Take the London Underground Jubilee line to North Greenwich Station, then walk for 6 minutes;

(4) Ferry: Take the Uber Boat with Thames Clippers to The O2, alight at North Greenwich pier and walk for 8 minutes. Ferries run every 20 minutes from morning to evening;
