Taitung Sangshu River Secret Trail River Tracing Experience

(1) Please prepare snacks and dry food before the activity (lunch only includes local delicacy A‑bai, river tracing is physically demanding);

(2) From the meeting point (Tarumak Multicultural Industry Hall) to the water entry point, you can purchase an additional coach transfer service at NT$100 per person round trip;

(4) Tribal tour: Adjusted based on the instructor's on‑site judgement, negotiation on timing is possible but may affect the duration of river tracing;

(5) Information required: Height, weight, shoe size, contact information, and passport/ID number, name, date of birth must be filled in at the payment page (for equipment arrangement and insurance);

(6) Check‑in requirement: Arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the activity. Please inform in advance if not driving;

(7) Insurance notice: Those under 15 years old have no funeral expenses coverage, must be accompanied by a guardian and sign relevant documents; foreign travellers must provide passport information screenshot after booking (if not provided 2 days before the activity, no insurance will be arranged and participants bear their own risks);

(8) Contact requirement: Join HOPETRIP official LINE (ID: @ksadmg) within 24 hours after placing the order, leave the order number and the name used for booking. No responsibility will be taken for losses due to failure to contact;

(3) Cancellation and amendment policy: Rescheduling or full refund is available in case of force majeure or extreme weather; cancellation within 7 days before the activity incurs a 50% handling fee, cancellation within 5 days incurs a 100% handling fee;
