Any accidents or injuries caused by personal negligence, or failure to inform the provider and on‑site staff of any discomfort, shall be your own responsibility

If you do not attend due to personal reasons from one day before the activity to the day itself, no rescheduling or refund will be accepted

Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation with no refund or rescheduling

The provider may take photos during the activity and has the right to use them on websites, social media, or for promotional purposes
