(2)Saturdays are usually crowded, it is recommended to choose other dates for your visit;

(3)Visitors who are under the legal purchasing or drinking age (LPDA) or under 18 years of age will not be permitted to enter the Heineken Museum;

(4)Heineken Museum staff reserve the right to request identification documents to verify age;

(5)Locker facilities are available on‑site, please inquire with on‑site staff for fees;

(6)Pets are not allowed to enter, except for guide dogs with valid identification;

(7)Photography is permitted on‑site, but commercial photography and copyright‑related programme live streaming are prohibited;
