(1) The itinerary order and arrival time may vary depending on road conditions and destination traffic;
(2) Participants need to walk from the parking lot to Todaiji Temple (approximately 25 minutes one way). If any participant uses a walking stick or wheelchair, or has chronic conditions that make long walks difficult, please inform us when booking;
(3) At Kasuga Taisha Shrine, the tour will enter the special viewing area of the main hall. However, if the special viewing area is inaccessible due to events or operational conditions, the visit will be changed to the Kasuga Taisha National Treasure Hall or the Todaiji Museum;
(4) No refund will be given if the itinerary proceeds to the alternative venues mentioned above;
(5) Seats are not pre‑assigned;
(6) All travellers under the age of 18 must provide a written parental consent form to join the tour. Travellers under 15 or who have not yet entered junior high school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian during the tour;
