(1) The itinerary order and arrival time may vary due to road conditions and local traffic conditions;
(2) As the Kyoto Imperial Palace is closed every Monday (if Monday is a public holiday, it will be closed the following day) and when events are held by the Imperial Household Agency, the itinerary will be changed to Kitano Tenmangu Shrine. If the closure falls on the 25th, the itinerary will be changed to Nishi Honganji Temple;
(3) Nijo Castle is closed on Tuesdays in January, July, August, and December, as well as from December 26 to January 3. (If Tuesday is a public holiday, it will be closed the following day.) If closed, the itinerary will change to visit Ryoanji Temple. This tour will not enter the Honmaru Palace or the painting exhibition rooms of Nijo Castle;
(4) After visiting the Kyoto Imperial Palace, for day‑trip participants, the bus may make a brief stop at a lunch location before dropping passengers off at Kyoto Station;
(5) No refunds will be given if the itinerary visits the alternative attractions mentioned above;
(6) Seats cannot be reserved;
(7) All passengers under the age of 18 must provide a written parental consent form to join the tour. Passengers under the age of 15 or who have not yet entered junior high school must be accompanied by a parent or guardian;

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the activity starts.
In case of inclement weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the tour and arrange a reschedule or full refund.
No refund or change will be accepted for late arrivals, no-shows, or refusal of service due to failure to comply with the supplier’s rules.
