Present e‑voucher
(1) This offer is not applicable to Japanese passport holders.
(2) Free for children aged 0‑1.
(3) The rail pass is applicable to foreign tourists and foreign residents living in Japan. Anyone holding a foreign (non‑Japanese) passport, regardless of visa or residence status, is eligible for this offer.
(1) After the order is confirmed, the e‑voucher will be sent to your email immediately.
(2) Please present the exchange order and your passport at the JR ticket office at the airport or major train station to collect the JR Pass.
(3) The exchange order is valid for 90 days from the date of issuance. Please exchange it for the JR Pass within this period.
(1) When exchanging the JR Pass, please ensure the activation date is within 30 days of the exchange date.
(2) After activation, the JR Pass is valid for a consecutive period of 5/10 days within one month.
Please note that 1 child car seat counts as 1 passenger.

Vouchers can be used within the redemption period. No refund will be provided if the voucher/ticket has expired.
Cancellation before voucher redemption is subject to a 10% cancellation fee.
