Sentosa Express Ticket

The Sentosa Express is a straddle‑type monorail shuttle that connects Singapore's main island with Sentosa Island. It is not part of the MRT network, but offers seamless interchange with the MRT. In operation since 2007, it spans approximately 2.1 kilometres, is driverless, and takes only 12 minutes for the full journey.

The line has 4 stations, linking key areas: the starting point, HarbourFront Station, connects to MRT HarbourFront Station; it passes through Resorts World Sentosa Station (near Universal Studios and more), Imbiah Station (near SkyHelix and more); and the terminal, Beach Station, offers bus transfers to the three beaches.

Trains run in two‑car formations with vibrant exteriors. The carriages are spacious and air‑conditioned, featuring foldable seats and a wheelchair area. LED display screens provide real‑time announcements of stations and attraction guides, making navigation easy for visitors.

Operating daily from 7:00 am to 12:00 midnight, with more frequent services during peak hours. Ticketing is only required at HarbourFront Station; once on the island, unlimited free transfers are available. During the ride, passengers can enjoy the island's greenery and coastal scenery, offering both practicality and scenic appeal.
