Usage Method

The voucher is only valid for the specified date (and time); please present the electronic voucher.

Booking Eligibility

Please note that infants and children must be counted as passengers.

Children aged 0 ‑ 4 are free; children aged 0 ‑ 4 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

Child ticket: applicable to children aged 5 ‑ 16.

Children aged 17 and above are charged the same as adults.

Free entry: applicable to 1 carer accompanying a paying visitor with a disability (e.g., wheelchair users, visually impaired visitors, or visitors who need assistance due to a disability).

Concession ticket: can be purchased on site upon presentation of proof of Universal Credit, Pension Credit, or ESA.

Important Notes

Upon arrival, present your smartphone e‑ticket at the entrance of the welcome building.

Standard tickets allow entry to the garden at any time.

Visit duration is 2 ‑ 6 hours.

It is recommended to wear warm clothing as the attraction is outdoors during the winter period.

Accessible toilets: accessible toilets are available in the car park, visitor centre, and Rosemoor House.

The use of scooters and toys such as balls is prohibited in the garden.

Smoking is prohibited in the garden.

Tips for visiting with your dog

Service animals with a valid identification card are allowed every day.

During the trial period, Monday to Wednesday: 17 March 2025 to 17 September 2025.

Each adult may bring a maximum of two dogs on a short lead (short leads are available for rental at the welcome centre).

Pet dogs are welcome in the formal gardens, stream area, lakeside, arboretum, woodland, and garden centre.

Please clean up after your dog and dispose of the waste in designated bins (pet waste bags are available at the welcome centre).

The restrooms near the car park and outside the visitor centre are reserved for dog owners.

Activities are wheelchair accessible.

Bus: Take bus route 5B to Rosemoor RHS Gardens stop, then walk for 8 minutes.

Train: Take the GWR line to Barnstaple station, then transfer to bus route 5B to Rosemoor RHS Gardens stop, then walk for 8 minutes.

Car: Exit from the M5, follow the A361, then take the A39 towards Bideford, then turn onto the B3232 towards Torrington.
