Taichung Guguan Mingao Hot Spring is a popular hot spring destination in central Taiwan. It boasts century‑old hot spring resources developed as early as 1907. The spring is a weakly alkaline carbonated spring with a stable water temperature of around 48°C. The water quality helps soften dead skin and promotes blood circulation. All guest rooms in the facility provide high‑quality natural carbonated hot spring water, and mountain cold spring water from Baxian Mountain is also available for guests. The surrounding attractions are abundant, with Shaolai Trail and Baxian Mountain National Forest Recreation Area nearby, offering beautiful mountain and forest scenery. Within walking distance is Mingzhi Hot Spring Old Street, where visitors can experience the unique blend of Atayal culture and Japanese‑style wooden architecture. Whether for relaxation or cultural experience, guests will leave fully satisfied.
