After a successful booking, a confirmation email will be sent. Please check your reserved mailbox later, download and present the confirmation voucher on your mobile phone.
Children aged 3 or above and with a height of 90cm or above can make a booking.
Cancellation is allowed 48 hours before the activity starts, with a 10% handling fee charged.
In case of bad weather or force majeure, the supplier may cancel the activity and arrange a full refund.
Tickets can be used within the redemption period; no refund will be made if the voucher/ticket has been redeemed or has expired.
