The only thing you can do is become a volunteer, feeding the elephants, playing with them, and bathing them.

Set off for the jungle elephant sanctuary, passing through lush green trees in the countryside and enjoying the blooming tropical plants along the way. Upon arriving at the sanctuary, it is naturally hard to hide the excitement of seeing elephants. When you reach the elephant sanctuary, local professional guides will provide a basic overview of the itinerary, introduce some information about the elephants, and help you further understand these strong yet adorable and elegant creatures, allowing you to experience feeding them yourself.

Important Reminder

Before placing an order, you need to contact customer service to check if your hotel is within the pick‑up and drop‑off range.

A photocopy of the first page of your passport (the page with your photo / passport number) is required.

It is recommended to bring a towel, swimsuit, sunscreen, mosquito repellent, walking shoes, spare clothes, an umbrella or hat.

Please take good care of your belongings and try not to carry valuables. If lost or damaged during the trip, the loss must be borne by yourself.

The order of activities in the itinerary may be adjusted due to weather, traffic, visitor flow at attractions, etc., on the day. We apologise for not being able to notify in advance. Thank you for your understanding.

For the pick‑up service, after checking into the hotel, please remember to provide us with your room number and valid contact information. Please also wait on time in the hotel lobby. Do not be late. The driver will wait for a maximum of 5 minutes. If you exceed this time, it will be considered as automatic cancellation. Rescheduling and refunds are not available.

As this tour involves shared transport and a group tour, the scheduled pick‑up time is an estimate. There may be time discrepancies due to traffic conditions and the punctuality of individual guests. Please understand! Therefore, if the driver hasn't picked you up at the scheduled time on the day of the tour, please be sure to contact our customer service by phone to reconfirm the time. Please don't let it affect your mood for the trip!

As the insurance included in this itinerary is 'Travel Accident Insurance', if you are accidentally injured during the tour, whether minor or serious, please be sure to inform the guide or contact our customer service on‑site for assistance, such as if the insurance company needs to be notified to verify the situation, or to arrange for you to be sent to hospital for treatment. If you have already left the scene, or contact us after the tour ends and you return to the hotel, or even go to a hospital, clinic, or pharmacy for self‑funded treatment before contacting us, the insurance company may refuse compensation due to difficulty in confirming the situation at the time or because the insurance coverage period for the tour has passed, causing you to lose the protection you are entitled to. Our shop will also be unable to bear any responsibility.
