Covers areas: Luohu, Nanshan, Futian. This price is for a one‑way trip. Return trips will be charged as two one‑way trips. For other areas, please contact customer service for a quote.

Waiting time surcharge for return trips: if waiting exceeds 30 minutes, it will be billed on an hourly basis. Multiple waiting stops will incur cumulative waiting time charges.

Transfer service is point‑to‑point. For each additional stop (e.g., dining), an hourly rental service fee or additional distance‑based charge will apply.

Normal hours: 07:00–23:00. Night‑time hours: 23:00–07:00 will incur a 20% night surcharge.

During holidays such as Lunar New Year, Labour Day (May Day), Mainland China public holidays, Hong Kong public holidays, etc., a 30%–50% surcharge applies.

If the customer does not show up at the scheduled time and gives no instructions, the driver will wait for a maximum of 30 minutes and then leave. The full fare will be charged.

If you have a special itinerary or it is a holiday, you may place an order first with itinerary notes. Our staff will adjust the price accordingly based on your quoted amount before payment confirmation.
