Booking Method
Simply select the date of use and number of participants to place an order; after successful booking, a confirmation will be sent via SMS or email.
How to Use
Present your "valid ID + e‑voucher" for direct verification and entry. Book with the traveller's ID number, then scan the registered traveller's ID at the entrance to enter. Accompanying visitors must enter at the same time. If you do not have your ID, please present your household register or other valid documentation and visit the Annual Pass Office (next to the ticket gate) for verification before entering.

  (1) This ticket is valid for single entry only; once you leave the park, re‑entry is not permitted.   (2) Shenzhen Safari Park tickets are for personal purchase and use only; resale is strictly prohibited. (5) To ensure the quality and safety of circus performances and to manage visitor flow, the circus hall operates on a paid‑ticket basis on Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, and specific event days. Annual pass holders are also subject to standard charges; the specific ticket price shall be subject to on‑site notices. Annual Pass Notices
The following information relates to the rights and risks associated with your ticket purchase. Please read it carefully. By completing the purchase, you are deemed to have fully understood and agreed to all terms.   (1) The pass becomes valid upon successful online payment and real‑name verification; enter the park by verifying your face against the electronic QR code or original ID document — no physical card is required.   (2) Within the validity period, this pass entitles you to unlimited park entries during operating hours (09:30–17:00). The circus hall operates on a paid‑ticket basis on Saturdays, Sundays, statutory holidays, and specific event days; pass holders are also subject to standard charges. The specific ticket price shall be subject to on‑site notices.   (3) Once the annual pass has been used, it is deemed consumed and is non‑refundable, non‑exchangeable, and non‑transferable. Unused passes that are automatically activated must have a refund application submitted within 60 days of the activation date; refunds will not be accepted after this period.   (4) Each purchasing adult may bring one child under 1.2 metres in height into the park free of charge (limit: one child per adult). Additional children must purchase a separate ticket or pass.   (5) Children over 1.2 metres in height must purchase tickets in the company of a parent or guardian, and must be accompanied by at least one purchasing adult when using the ticket.   (6) Pass holders must provide true and valid identity information and contact numbers during real‑name verification. This data is used for communication and for verifying the pass holder's identity at park entry; the pass holder's basic information must be consistent with the facial photo taken.   (7) Family annual passes and parent‑child annual passes may be used simultaneously or individually (restricted to registered persons only).   (8) Pass holders are required to undergo facial verification when touring the park before entry. If any fraudulent use is detected, the park reserves the right to revoke the pass.   (9) Once sold, changes to registered person information or transfer of the pass will not be processed.   (10) Annual pass types and pricing are subject to change without prior notice.   (11) In the event of system upgrades or force majeure preventing normal entry, the park will manually verify the pass holder's basic information, and such verification will not affect the pass holder's ability to enter and tour the park.   (12) This pass is for the sole use of the registered pass holder. Please keep it secure. It must not be lent to others or used for commercial purposes. Violators will have their pass confiscated and will bear corresponding legal liability.   (13) All animal feed at the park is subject to strict disinfection and professional processing and quarantine. Visitors are strictly prohibited from bringing their own food or feed to give to the animals. Teasing, chasing, touching, startling, or throwing objects at animals, which violates the law or animal behaviour norms, is strictly prohibited, as such actions may result in animal attacks and may constitute a legal offence.   (14) Due to significant elevation differences and sharp turns on some roads within the park, and to ensure visitor safety, the park prohibits visitors from bringing children's vehicles (all types of ride‑on and sliding vehicles), roller skates, scooters, balance bikes, bicycles, motorised or non‑motorised vehicles, or vehicles with safety hazards into the park. Vehicles are not permitted to enter without authorisation, except for those specially used by the elderly, persons with disabilities, infants, and special vehicles (e.g., fire engines, police cars). Authorised vehicles must operate within designated areas and in accordance with regulations. Shenzhen Safari Park is situated by the scenic Xili Lake, covering an area of over 600,000 square metres. It is a free‑range wildlife park that integrates wildlife conservation, exhibition, breeding and environmental science education. It is a national AAAA‑level scenic spot and a national science education base.

The park is home to over 300 species and nearly 10,000 wild animals, including giant pandas, giant anteaters, giraffes, Siberian tigers, fennec foxes, African lions, Asian elephants, golden snub‑nosed monkeys, Chinese alligators, dolphins, sea lions and seals... Rare animals from all over the world gather here. Self‑driving: Shenzhen Safari Park

Public transport: From Hong Kong, take the MTR East Rail line to Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau checkpoint, transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 1 to Chegongmiao station, then change to Line 7 to reach Xili Lake Station Exit B. The park entrance is a 3‑minute walk away.
