Once the annual pass has been used, it will be considered as consumed and is non-refundable, non-changeable and non-transferable. For passes not yet used and automatically activated by the system, please apply for a refund within 60 days from the activation date; refunds or changes will not be accepted after the expiry of this period.
Attraction Highlights
Shenzhen Safari Park is situated by the scenic Xili Lake, covering an area of over 600,000 square metres. It is a free‑range wildlife park that integrates wildlife conservation, exhibition, breeding and environmental science education. It is a national AAAA‑level scenic spot and a national science education base.
The park is home to over 300 species and nearly 10,000 wild animals, including giant pandas, giant anteaters, giraffes, Siberian tigers, fennec foxes, African lions, Asian elephants, golden snub‑nosed monkeys, Chinese alligators, dolphins, sea lions and seals... Rare animals from all over the world gather here. The "Panda Manor" features adorable national treasures, the "Big Cat Walkway" lets tigers stroll in the air, the "Beast Valley" echoes with the roars of tigers and lions, the "Monkey Islands" see gibbons and golden snub‑nosed monkeys singing across the water, various swans glide freely on "Swan Lake", millions of jellyfish bloom gracefully in the "Jellyfish Kingdom", and the "Snow & Ice World" offers ice sculpture viewing and an ice slide. There are also the Horn of Africa, Giant Anteater House, Wild Elephant Valley, Kangaroo Park, Lemur Island, Crocodile Bay and Magellanic Penguin Island... Premium exhibit areas are scattered throughout the park. With both land and marine animals on offer, you will be spoiled for choice.

Feeding Wild Beasts from a Steel Cage Vehicle: Board an exclusive steel cage vehicle to feed lions and tigers up close and feel their wild power.

Giraffe Interactive Experience: Get up close and personal with gentle giraffes in the Horn of Africa area and feed them fresh leaves.

Hundred‑Beast Grand Show: A grand performance combining equestrian skills, acrobatics and animal behaviour demonstrations, staged multiple times daily.

Ocean World Wonders: Enjoy spectacular shows such as dolphins leaping and mermaids dancing with sharks, and experience the graceful beauty of marine life.

Science Popularisation and Education
The park features an Earthquake Science Museum where visitors can learn about earthquake response through interactive installations and animal behaviour observation. It also hosts the "Animal Science Season", allowing visitors to observe animals feeding up close and join fun lectures — perfect for family edutainment.


Facilities and Services
The park offers several themed restaurants including the Ocean Restaurant and Kangaroo Restaurant, serving both Chinese and Western cuisine. Barrier‑free facilities and pram rental services are also available to ensure a comfortable experience for every visitor.

Opening Information
Opening hours: 9:30am–6:00pm (ticket checking stops at 5:00pm); afternoon session entry from 2:30pm. It is recommended to allow at least 4 hours for an in‑depth visit.

Self‑driving: Shenzhen Safari Park
Public transport: From Hong Kong, take the MTR East Rail line to Lo Wu or Lok Ma Chau checkpoint, transfer to Shenzhen Metro Line 1 to Chegongmiao station, then change to Line 7 to reach Xili Lake Station Exit B. The park entrance is a 3‑minute walk away.
