(5) Rental return must be made within the business hours of the day. Late returns will incur additional fees, payable on‑site upon return;

(6) If the hanbok is returned with severe damage or stains, the store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer (amount determined by the store based on the extent of damage);

(7) If accessories are lost, the store reserves the right to claim compensation from the customer (amount determined by the store);

(8) Makeup service is not provided, but a makeup room is available. Free hairstyling service is offered in the makeup room (accessories are charged separately);

(1) When booking tickets, please provide true and valid personal information to avoid any issues with ticket collection;
