After successful booking, please check your email for the confirmation voucher. Print it out or download it to your mobile phone to show the driver.

Driver fee, fuel cost, vehicle rental fee, toll fee, traffic accident insurance;

Driver gratuity (if you are satisfied with the driver's service, you may give a tip of 20‑80 THB at your discretion);

Pick‑up and drop‑off services are available 24 hours. No additional service charge is required for late‑night trips;

One‑way airport pick‑up service to hotels in Bangkok city area and Hua Hin/Cha‑am city area. If the hotel is in a remote area outside the coverage zone, Customer Service will contact you regarding the price difference after placing the order;

The driver will start waiting according to the scheduled time. Please arrive at the pick‑up location 5‑10 minutes in advance;

After the waiting time exceeds 30 minutes, a surcharge of THB 300 per hour will apply. Less than an hour will be counted as a full hour, payable in cash to the driver;

This is the price per vehicle trip. If the destination is changed temporarily, an additional fee will be required. Please negotiate with the driver or contact us;

The baby seat price is per trip per unit. Each vehicle type can be equipped with a baby seat. Please order it together with the vehicle if needed. Only suitable for children with a height below 109CM or aged 0‑4 years;

The company reserves the right to arrange and provide a vehicle of the same class or a higher class than the one booked;

Durians are not allowed in any air‑conditioned areas in Thailand. When using this car rental service, you must not carry durians. The fleet will refuse boarding, and no refund will be issued. Please take note.

There will be surcharges around Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Thai New Year (Songkran), etc. You can inquire with Customer Service in advance for details or pay the price difference after placing the order.
