Attraction Highlights
1. The Hardcore Strength of the King of Rafting
Huangteng Gorge is renowned for its "world‑class standard track", with a total river drop of 168 metres, featuring over 130 drops of varying sizes and more than 80 S‑shaped bends. Among them, the 12‑metre vertical waterfall "Waterfall Speedboat" is hailed as the "ceiling" of rafting in Southern China. Its water source comes from the 8‑million‑cubic‑metre Huangteng Gorge Reservoir, with water so clear it is described by visitors as "natural mineral water in the canyon". While rafting, you can experience the thrill of soaring adrenaline while admiring the cliff‑lined canyon scenery with silver waterfalls splashing — truly "travelling within a painting".
2. Internet‑Famous Landmark: Tianmen Glass Suspension Bridge
Built at a cost of RMB 268 million, the Tianmen Glass Suspension Bridge has become a must‑visit landmark in Guangdong, with a 500‑metre altitude drop and 8 Guinness World Records. By day, the transparent glass walkway hangs in mid‑air, offering panoramic views of the winding rafting channel below, which shimmers like a silver chain. By night, over 2,000 LED lights and a 168‑metre circular musical waterfall combine to create a spectacular light show comparable to the night views of Canton Tower.
3. Ecological Wonderland and Diverse Experiences
Within the scenic area, the 8‑kilometre pristine grand canyon integrates waterfalls, deep pools and unique rock formations. Take the aerial cable car to the summit of Ermo Mountain at 480 metres above sea level to enjoy a panoramic view of Qingyuan city. The 1,800‑metre alpine coaster weaves through the jungle, delivering real‑life "Initial D" speed and excitement. Hidden at the mountain top, the Guanyin Mountain wishing sanctuary adds a touch of serenity and spiritual charm to your journey.

Alpine Coaster: A 1,800‑metre non‑motorised slide where you control your own speed, feeling the wind rush past as you weave through shaded bends — descending the mountain is even more stress‑relieving than rafting.

7D Flight Cinema: An immersive 160‑degree experience where you can feel the震撼 of flying through canyons and soaring over waterfalls with the naked eye — perfect for families with children.

🧳Gear Checklist: Be Fully Prepared for Maximum Fun
Core Gear
Waterproof essentials: waterproof phone pouch (choose a good quality one to avoid water damage), goggles (to keep splashes out of your eyes), and slip‑resistant strapped sandals (slippers provided by the scenic area may easily wash away — bring your own crocs instead).
Water fight weapons: metal basins, water scoops (plastic basins break easily) or high‑pressure water guns (RMB 10 each at the scenic area — better to buy online for better value). Team up to "ambush" strangers on other rafts for double the fun.
Clothing and sun protection: quick‑dry long‑sleeve swimwear (prevents scrapes and sunburn), sun‑protection arm sleeves, wide‑brim hat; bring a change of clothes (including underwear), towel, and plastic bags (for wet clothes).

Other Essentials
Small change and power bank: some food stalls in the scenic area only accept cash, and your phone battery drains quickly after rafting — bring a power bank.
Locker storage: lockers at the scenic area cost RMB 30–50 per use; driving your own car allows you to leave items in the vehicle to save money.
