Chimelong Penguin Hotel Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant, Zhuhai;
(1) Adult Ticket (Standard Ticket): All visitors;
(2) Child Ticket: Children aged 3 to under 12 years old on the day of dining or with a height of 1.0m to 1.5m;
(3) Parent‑Child Ticket (1 Adult + 1 Child): Includes 1 Standard Ticket and 1 Child Ticket;
(4) Family Ticket (2 Adults + 1 Child): Includes 2 Standard Tickets and 1 Child Ticket;
(5)* Each adult holding a Standard Ticket can bring one child aged under 3 or under 1.0m in height on the day of dining for free.
(1) The buffet price already includes service charge;
(2) The ticket is valid for one‑time use only on the valid date. Please arrange your time accordingly;
(3) The buffet must be booked at least 1 day in advance, and the order date is the date of use. If you have booked a hotel, the breakfast usage date should be the day after check‑in. For example, if you check in on 1 August, the breakfast order should be placed for 2 August. Please take note.
Seats can only be checked after payment for the meal ticket is completed. If the restaurant is fully booked after payment, we will notify you to cancel or reschedule. We apologise for any inconvenience caused!
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
1. Free cancellation if requested before 16:00 (inclusive) 1 day prior to the use date;
2. Late cancellation will not be accepted.
