If using an identity card for park entry, you must present the valid identity card of each traveller filled in when placing the order (Note: If using a passport/Home Return Permit to place the order, you must present the valid document at the manual ticket counter to collect the ticket before use). From 17 February to 30 March, visitors who take photos in the park and share their travel scenery have a chance to win a cash prize of HKD100. Sightseeing bus route guide:

Enter the park, take the bus to Orchid Valley Station ‑> Cross‑strait Dragon Bridge Station ‑> walk to Haitang Station ‑> Top Hill Park Station ‑> after sightseeing, take the bus to exit the park

Enter the park, take the bus to Orchid Valley Station (walk to visit Orchid Valley and Top Hill Park) ‑> Top Hill Park Station ‑> take the bus to Cross‑strait Dragon Bridge Station ‑> walk to Haitang Station ‑> take the bus to exit the park

Warm reminder: If there are any order anomalies, if the document carried is a social security card, driving licence, or if the identity card is demagnetised, please go to the west gate ticket office or south gate ticket office for ticket exchange.

(1) Both online booking and on‑site ticket purchase adopt a real‑name system (one document per ticket per person). Please ensure you bring a valid personal document for travel;

(2) After collecting the ticket, keep it safely for inspection when boarding the bus within the park. Lost tickets will not be replaced and are valid only on the day of visit;

(3) Pets are strictly prohibited from entering the park, and the scenic spot does not provide pet care services.
