After arriving at the destination, the mobile network will be activated once it connects to the local operator's network. For a better experience, please refer to the following steps:

1. If you have purchased a 4G local data package, please turn on the 4G switch; if you have purchased a 5G local data package, you can turn on the 5G switch and turn off the 4G switch.

2. Manually select the network operator corresponding to the data package. You can check the corresponding network operator in the data package purchase confirmation SMS.

3. Turn on the mobile data roaming switch.

4. If it still cannot be activated after trying the above steps, please turn off your phone, restart it, and connect to the corresponding operator's network. If you have any issues, please consult the store's online customer service or call the China Roaming customer service hotline overseas at +8613800100186.

Special Reminder: Please do not purchase local data packages or roaming data packages applicable to the same country/region at the same time, as they may both activate upon arrival and affect normal usage.

1. This product is a local 4/5G data package. No need to activate international or China‑Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan roaming. It can access local applications such as Google Maps.

2. To ensure your data internet experience overseas, it is recommended that you avoid purchasing local data packages and roaming data packages applicable to the same country/region at the same time (e.g., purchasing a Hong Kong 1‑day 3GB local data package and a Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan 3‑region 1‑day package simultaneously), to prevent both packages from activating upon arrival, resulting in duplicate charges.

3. Timing Rules: A single‑day package is calculated based on the natural day from 00:00 to 23:59 (local time) on the activation date. It expires at 23:59 on the activation day. For example: If you purchase a 3‑day package and activate it in the destination at 10:00 (local time) on 1 October 2024, the package will end at 23:59 (local time) on 3 October 2024.

4. Latest Activation Time: Within 90 days from the purchase date. After this period, the data package will automatically become invalid.

5. This data package does not provide an invoice.

6. Stacking Rules: If a local data package for the same direction has been purchased but not yet activated, you cannot purchase another one on top of it. You can only purchase the next package after the existing one is activated. Additionally, please note that a 3‑day data package does not support simultaneous purchase of 1/2/5/7/10‑day data packages. That is, if you have already purchased a 3‑day data package, you must wait until it is used up, expires, or is successfully cancelled before purchasing another data package for the same direction with a different duration.

7. Cancellation Rules: After successful purchase of this product, you may apply for cancellation if it has not been activated and is still within the validity period. Once activated, or if the validity period expires without activation, it cannot be cancelled.

8. This data package does not support subscription and use by the secondary number of a One SIM Dual Number service. The 3‑day data package currently does not support customers who have already subscribed to a One SIM Multi‑Number plan (including Hong Kong daily plan, weekly plan, monthly plan). Also, please do not subscribe to a One SIM Multi‑Number plan before you have finished using this data package.
