Skydiving requires scheduling instructors and flight slots according to the booking. Please make a reservation 1‑3 days in advance. If you place an order on the same day, you must confirm with customer service whether there are available slots. If no slot is arranged, changes or a full refund are possible at any time. Once arranged, it is non‑refundable. The skydiving altitude is subject to the airspace application altitude of the base. The actual flight altitude will be assessed by the instructor based on weather conditions.

(1) The entire skydiving activity takes approximately 2‑3 hours. It is recommended to set aside a full day for the experience.

(2) It is recommended to wear casual, comfortable clothing without too many buttons or accessories. High heels, slippers, and skirts are not allowed. Sneakers or canvas shoes are recommended. Ensure your shoes will not fall off during the dive. If you are nearsighted, consider wearing contact lenses.

(3) Do not bring any electronic devices or jewellery on the aircraft during the skydive. Please keep your personal belongings safe.

(4) As skydiving is an activity affected by weather, to avoid inconvenience, it is recommended not to book return flights. (If affected by weather or temporary Air Force control, we will arrange a postponement based on your needs. Your slot will be retained indefinitely.)

(5) To ensure you can experience the skydive as scheduled, please book in advance.

(6) Please arrive at the skydiving base on time at the agreed time. Report to the front desk with a valid ID (ID card, passport, military ID).

(7) Follow the instructions and arrangements of the instructor upon entering the skydiving base.

(8) Do not drink heavily the night before the skydive. Do not eat too much before the dive. Scuba diving within 24 hours prior is not allowed. Pregnant women, individuals who have undergone major surgery within three months, those with cardiovascular or cerebrovascular diseases, severe hypertension, and other special passengers are not permitted to participate. If you feel unwell during the activity, report to the instructor immediately.

(9) Weight 95kg‑105kg requires an additional overweight fee of HKD 300 (excluding 105kg). Weight 105kg‑115kg requires an additional fee of HKD 600. Maximum weight limit is 115kg.

(10) For safety reasons, UPSA does not permit the use of camera or video equipment during any personal skydiving activities with fewer than 200 jumps.

(11) The recommended age for tandem skydiving is 14 years or older, with a minimum weight of 70 lbs or a minimum height of 155 cm. Participants under 18 must obtain parental or guardian consent. Healthy individuals within the age of 70 can participate. Please consult customer service for details.

(12) By purchasing a tandem skydiving experience, all participants are deemed to have read and agreed to abide by the above regulations.

(13) In the event of force majeure (e.g., rain, low clouds preventing visual sighting of the landing point, or Air Force control), we will arrange a postponement based on your personal situation. Your slot will be retained indefinitely, and we will arrange the next available flight slot for your experience. If you decline the postponement, a full refund of the deposit and total amount paid will be provided.

(14) Once onboard and after the aircraft has left the ground, refusal to exit the aircraft, leave the cabin, or skydive for personal reasons will be considered as completion of the experience. You will land with the aircraft. (Including skydiving insurance and third‑party filming) No refund will be given under these circumstances.
