Booking Process: Select travel date, vehicle type and number of passengers → Fill in contact information + hotel details → Confirm information → Place order and pay → Payment successful → Booking confirmed;

Ticket Collection Method: After successful booking, please check your registered email shortly. Print / download the attached e‑voucher to your mobile phone as proof and show it to the driver;

Inclusions: Driver fee, fuel surcharge, vehicle rental fee, traffic accident insurance, tunnel and highway tolls;

Exclusions: Driver gratuity;

For Airport Drop‑off: This product can be used for airport drop‑off in Bangkok. Please allow sufficient time for the drop‑off and provide flight details in the order remarks;

Language Service: The driver speaks Thai and basic English (it is recommended to set the itinerary in advance and let the Thai‑speaking customer service communicate directly with the driver);

Product Description: This is the price per vehicle trip. Any last‑minute change of destination may incur additional charges. Please specify the detailed itinerary in the remarks field when placing the order;

Time Usage Note: The charter service starts counting from the time specified by the customer, regardless of any delays. Overtime charges of 300 THB/hour are payable on‑site to the staff;

Child Seat: Baby Seat price is per trip per seat. All vehicle types can accommodate a Baby Seat. Please add it together with the vehicle when placing the order. Only suitable for children under 109cm in height or aged 0‑4;

Other Notes: The company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or a higher class than the one booked;

Warm Reminder: Durians are not allowed in any air‑conditioned premises in Thailand. Do not bring durians when using this car rental service. The fleet will refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Please be advised;

Holiday Note: Surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year period, and Thai New Year. Please consult customer service in advance for details or pay the difference after placing the order;
