Heung Si Zoo is full of wild charm. The animals are provided with a natural living environment, adopting a combination of open‑range free‑range and mixed housing, allowing them to fully display their natural behaviours. Here you can see Asian elephants, giraffes, tigers, lions, black bears and other rare animals from around the world, and also enjoy wonderful performances by animals such as elephants and sea lions.

1. Includes park entrance ticket + 7 amusement ride experiences (choose 7 out of 9: Forest Train, Shark Island Battle (raincoat sold separately), Pirate Ship, Luxury Carousel, Flying Horse Jump, Meteor Hammer, Swinging Chair, 7D Motion Experience Hall, Star Police). Some rides may be under maintenance or have equipment replaced; you may choose other rides or ride the same ride multiple times. A maximum of 7 rides per ticket is supported. No refund for unused rides.

2. Includes performances: Multi‑Purpose Performance Hall (acrobatics show), Marine Animal Performance Hall (sea lion show), Eagle and Falcon Behaviour Display. Specific performance times are subject to on‑site announcements at the scenic area.

1. This ticket is valid for 1 adult + 1 child under 1.2m (excluding) for free entry + 1 panoramic sightseeing bus ticket (for adults above 1.5m) for same‑day rides (children above 1m must purchase a separate bus ticket on‑site). 7‑out‑of‑9 ride experience: Forest Train, Shark Island Battle (raincoat sold separately), Pirate Ship, Luxury Carousel, Flying Horse Jump, Meteor Hammer, Swinging Chair, 7D Motion Experience Hall, Star Police.

2. Includes performances: Multi‑Purpose Performance Hall (acrobatics show), Marine Performance Hall (sea lion behaviour display), Eagle and Falcon Behaviour Display, Happy Gathering (pig diving). Specific performance times are subject to on‑site announcements at the scenic area.

3. The panoramic sightseeing bus ticket must be exchanged for a same‑day ride wristband at the sightseeing bus ticket office by presenting the physical ticket. Once physical tickets are exchanged, no refunds are allowed. Lost tickets will not be reissued. Please keep your tickets safe.

4. The panoramic sightseeing bus ticket is only valid for adults above 1.5m and allows unlimited rides on the day. If the wristband is not exchanged or the bus is not taken after purchase, no refund will be given. Once the ride wristband is issued, please keep it safe. If lost or deliberately torn or damaged, it will be voided and not reissued. If any companion is above 1m, a separate bus ticket must be purchased on‑site. Please observe the passenger notice when riding.

Additional Notes:

Physical tickets must be collected from the self‑service ticket machines on both sides of the main gate before entry. The panoramic sightseeing bus ticket must be exchanged for a same‑day ride wristband at the sightseeing bus ticket office by presenting the physical ticket.

The highlight of Heung Si Zoo is its two animal performance venues, namely the Multi‑Purpose Performance Hall and the Marine Animal Performance Hall. Visitors can enjoy adorable elephant and bear‑monkey performances, sea lion shows, and folk acrobatics such as silk hanging, jar balancing on the head, and aerial wheel spinning ‑ all truly spectacular performances.
