Sky Diving (Huizhou Base)

(1) Due to the specific nature of skydiving activities, which are susceptible to force majeure factors such as weather and air traffic control, there may be instances of flight cancellations. Customers are advised to allow 1‑2 days for the experience. We will provide free rescheduling and full refund for paid amounts. Our company shall not be liable for any other losses incurred as a result.

(2) The entire skydiving experience lasts approximately 2 hours. It is recommended to reserve half a day for this activity.

(3) Wear clothing of your choice. High heels, skirts, slippers, or any attire that can easily come off or pose a safety risk are strictly prohibited.

(4) If you are nearsighted, wearing contact lenses is recommended.

(5) To ensure you can experience the skydive as scheduled, it is recommended to purchase tickets in advance.

(6) The appointment date is subject to the notice provided by the base customer service one day prior. Please arrive at the base on time. Bring a valid ID document (ID card/Passport). If you forget it, please proceed to the Boao Airport terminal to obtain a temporary ID card promptly.

(7) Upon entering the skydiving base, please follow the instructions of the instructors and ground staff.

(8) Weight limit: Persons weighing 115kg or more are not permitted to participate in skydiving. For those weighing over 90kg (inclusive), an additional overweight fee of RMB 300 will be charged for every 5kg.

(9) There is no specific designated time for the skydive; only an approximate time can be noted. The actual time is subject to the arrival time notified by the base. Cancellation or rescheduling on the same day will incur a loss of RMB 600 per seat. Please consult with customer service at least one day in advance for cancellation or rescheduling.

(10) Please contact customer service before placing an order to confirm if there are available seats for the day. If flights are fully booked after placing an order on the same day, your booking will be automatically postponed to the next available flying date. Our company shall not be liable for any losses incurred under such circumstances. Please confirm with customer service before placing an order.

(11) It is recommended not to consume excessive alcohol the night before skydiving. Skydiving is not permitted within 24 hours after scuba diving. Should you feel any discomfort during the activity, please inform your instructor immediately.

(12) Individuals who have undergone major surgery within three months, pregnant women, persons with hypertension, heart disease, pathological acrophobia, or other significant illnesses are not allowed to participate in skydiving.

(13) Age limit for skydiving: 12 years old (inclusive) and above, up to 60 years old, without any medical conditions. Minors must be accompanied by a guardian to the base to sign a risk acknowledgement form.

(14) Once you have boarded the aircraft and it has left the ground, if you refuse to exit the aircraft for personal reasons, this will be considered as completion of the experience, and you must follow the aircraft back down (this includes the skydive insurance and third‑party filming). No refunds will be given for the above reasons under any circumstances.
