(4) No refund will be given for late arrival or no‑show due to passenger's own reasons, thank you for your understanding;

Cancellation Policy

(1) For cancellation requests made more than 10 days before departure, a 20% handling fee of the order amount will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded;

(2) For cancellation requests made 3 to 10 days before departure, a 30% handling fee of the deposit will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded;

(3) For orders cancelled less than 3 days before departure, no cancellation or refund will be accepted for any reason, please understand;

(1) If you need to change the date or time, please contact customer service at least 72 hours in advance to request a change. The first change is free;

(2) For the second change and onwards, a handling fee of HK$50/item per order will be charged;
