2026 Marine Leisure Tourism Expo in Incheon
The 2026 Marine Leisure Tourism Expo takes place from April 1 to 4 at Songdo Convensia in Incheon. Organised by the Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries and the Urban Regeneration Industry Promotion Association, alongside the Marine Leisure Tourism Expo Promotion Committee, the event brings together 57 public and private organisations operating 233 booths.
Exhibition Zones and Features
The Ministry of Oceans and Fisheries operates a policy promotion pavilion highlighting core projects, including complex marine leisure tourism city developments, marine healing centres, and support initiatives for outstanding marine tourism products.
Domestic and international companies gather in the corporate promotion pavilion to showcase yachts, boats, and other leisure vessels alongside equipment. In addition, camping tents and related gear reflecting outdoor leisure lifestyles are exhibited on a large scale. An Indonesian diving company participates directly to introduce world-renowned diving spots.
Interactive Programmes and Events
Visitors can engage with various marine cultures through hands-on activities. These include virtual reality (VR) equipment utilised for ship fire suppression and escape simulations, marine safety quizzes, and life-raft model-making sessions.
The opening day features a marine leisure tourism ideas contest where university students and the general public present innovative concepts.
