Race Overview and Key Details

Disney Run Incheon 2026 is organised by Sports Seoul, Blent, and Peaches, with support from Incheon Metropolitan City and the Incheon Tourism Organization. The flagship event takes place on Saturday, 24 October 2026, attracting up to 15,000 registered participants.

* Registration Opening: Monday, 31 August 2026 at 10:00 AM

* Registration Fees:

* 10K Course: 80,000 KRW

* 5K Course: 65,000 KRW

To secure a spot, runners must complete both the online registration form and the entry fee payment within 24 hours. Accepted payment methods include credit cards, real-time bank transfers, and Toss Pay (bank wire transfers without online processing are not supported).

Course Profiles and Race Categories

Participants can choose between two primary categories designed for different fitness levels and ages:

10K Mickey Course

* Fee: 80,000 KRW

* Age Requirement: Recommended for participants aged 14 and above who are in good physical health.

* Timing System: Features an official timing chip attached to the back of the race bib. Timing is measured using the Net-Time method (from the moment you cross the start line to the finish line). The timing chip is single-use and does not need to be returned after the race.

* Awards: Trophies and prizes are awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers. Official rankings are determined by Gun Time (elapsed time from the official start gun to the finish line). Registered athletes with the Korea Association of Athletics Federations (or those deregistered within the last 3 years) are ineligible for awards.

5K Winnie the Pooh Course

* Fee: 65,000 KRW

* Age Requirement: Open to all ages. Participants under 14 years old must be accompanied by a guardian who has also registered and purchased a ticket.

* Timing System: No official timing chip is provided. Participants can track their timing independently using personal GPS running apps.

* Safety Restrictions: For safety reasons, strollers, children's bicycles, wheelchairs, and other mobility devices are strictly prohibited on the course.

Virtual Run Series

For those who prefer flexible schedules or want extra practice before the main event, the Disney Virtual Run series offers three separate stages:

* 1st Stage Registration: Opens 11 June 2026 at 10:00 AM (Package shipping starts 22 June 2026)

* 2nd Stage Registration: Opens 9 July 2026 at 10:00 AM (Package shipping starts 13 July 2026)

* 3rd Stage Registration: Opens 6 August 2026 at 10:00 AM (Package shipping starts 10 August 2026)

Each Virtual Run stage is capped at 5,000 entries on a first-come, first-served basis. Participants complete a 5k run at any location of their choice using popular fitness tracking applications (such as Nike Run Club or Runday) during the specified event window. Capturing and uploading a screenshot displaying the date, distance, and completion time onto the official website unlocks a downloadable digital finisher certificate.

Practical Tips

Registration and Refund Policies

* Personal Entry Only: Registration is strictly personal. Transferring, reselling, or substitute running under another person's name is prohibited. Unauthorised transfers render insurance coverage invalid in the event of an accident.

* Domestic Address Required: Registration requires a domestic South Korean delivery address to receive the race bib and souvenir package.

* Cancellation Deadlines: Full refunds are available until 18 September 2026 at 5:00 PM for the main event (or within 24 hours of payment if registered after the deadline). After the refund period closes, cancellations, address changes, and size modifications are strictly disallowed.

On-Site Logistics

* Baggage Storage: Storage facilities operate on event day from 07:00 AM to 17:00 PM at Sangsang Platform and 1883 Open Port Square. Valuables should not be checked in, and large items like luggage suitcases may be restricted based on venue space. Any unclaimed items after 17:00 PM will be transferred to the central administrative office.

* Race Day Bibs: Ensure your bib is pinned securely to your front chest. For 10K runners, do not fold or damage the timing chip attached to the back of the bib.
