Nobu Lands in Madrid: Robert De Niro's Restaurant Opening Soon — Reservations Open
Nobu Lands in Madrid: Robert De Niro's Legendary Restaurant to Open Soon in the City Centre (Reservations Now Open)
Nobu Madrid will open its doors in just a few weeks: here's what to expect from the design, the menu and the must-try signature dishes.
On 1 September 2026, Madrid's culinary map gains a major new landmark: Nobu Madrid (Calle Alcalá, 26), the restaurant co-founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and producer Meir Teper.

The concept arrives in the Spanish capital after making its name around the globe thanks to its distinctive and unmistakable "Nobu style" — a reinterpretation of traditional Japanese cuisine with Peruvian influences — and endowing each restaurant (whether in Tokyo, London, New York or, soon, Madrid) with a personality all its own.
According to Tapas Magazine, the restaurant is designed by Studio Gronda and will span three levels in a minimalist Japanese style.
What's on the Menu at Nobu Madrid?
Nobu Madrid's culinary offering will feature the dishes that have made the chef and the brand world-famous, including the legendary Yellowtail Jalapeño (Japanese amberjack with garlic purée and sliced jalapeño), alongside creations based on local ingredients and Madrid-inspired flavours.
For first-time diners, the chef recommends sampling three or more of the eight signature dishes to share: two or three cold dishes, two or three hot dishes, some sushi and a dessert.

Price and How to Book at Nobu Madrid
Following the recommended eight-dish sharing format, and using Nobu Las Vegas prices as a reference, the average cost would be around €204 for a table of four (approximately €51 per person). In addition to the à la carte menu, seasonal tasting menus, special event menus and brunch are typically available.
Although the restaurant opening is still a few weeks away, you can already book a table online through the website: simply select the number of diners (up to 20), date, time, and choose between the sushi bar (to watch chefs prepare sushi, sashimi and signature dishes in real time) or the main dining room.
