The toy brand that's been emptying wallets through blind boxes has now set its sights on the dessert world. Pop Bakery, Pop Mart's debut dessert café concept in Southeast Asia, swung open its doors on 30 July 2026 at Resorts World Sentosa's Weave mall, taking over the upper level of a two-storey standalone villa.

The ground floor remains dedicated to what Pop Mart does best — blind boxes and character merchandise, including Singapore-exclusive items like the Pop Bean Twinkle Twinkle Journey in Singapore Set, plus accessories from the newly launched Go Around with Pop Mart Series.

Head upstairs and you'll find the bakery itself, where the food menu — co-developed with RWS's culinary team — is every bit as photogenic and character-driven as you'd hope.

Standout items include the Pucky Xiao Long Bao (S$18, dine-in only), a cleverly disguised soy milk panna cotta and ice cream dessert that looks exactly like dim sum, complete with biscuit-stick "chopsticks" and a chocolate dipping sauce. The Twinkle Twinkle Coconut Mousses (S$18) arrive in chocolate coconut shells layered with either pineapple-passionfruit boba or red bean.

For take-home treats, the Labubu Butter Cookies (S$32) are the clear winner — honeycomb-textured cookies in butter, chocolate, and a Singapore-exclusive coconut flavour, all housed in a collectible tin you'll want to keep long after the cookies are gone.

Cool down with the Go Around with Twinkle Twinkle popsicles (S$15), available in sea salt and coconut. The wider menu also features the Twinkle Twinkle Dreamy Banana Pastry (S$16) and Twinkle Twinkle Mango Sago (S$12).

Twinkle Twinkle, the brand's star character, takes centre stage with meet-and-greet sessions held Thursday through Monday at 2pm, 4pm, and 6pm (minimum spend S$40 per person). Artist fansign events are also scheduled, featuring HACIPUPU creators Agree and Yep on 30 July (3pm-4pm), and CHAKA creator Hanna Li on 31 July (3pm-4pm).

Pop Bakery operates Monday to Thursday from 11am to 9:30pm, and Friday to Sunday (including public holidays) from 10am to 9:30pm. Dine-in is by reservation only.
