The opening night takes the theme "Harbour Twilight," using gold, blue-silver, and violet fireworks — including golden palm trees, golden willow cascades, shooting stars, and chrysanthemum bursts — to paint a summer harbour landscape. The evening will also feature the North Coast Fashion Art Festival, with designer Pan Yi-liang's team presenting an ocean-themed runway show.

Aug 23 Finale: "World Night" × Folk Song Concert
The grand finale on August 23 goes big with a "World Night" theme, showcasing rainbow peonies, chase shells, and multi-layered starmines for a breathtaking visual spectacle, accompanied by a folk song concert to close out this summer's celebration in style.

Best Viewing Spots
For front-row views, head to the Fisherman's Wharf boardwalk, Lover's Bridge, or the area around Fullon Hotel. On the opposite bank of the Tamsui River, Bali North Beach and Bali Cultural Park offer excellent vantage points — with fewer crowds and the bonus of capturing the fireworks, river scenery, and Danjiang Bridge all in one frame. Throughout the festival, the wharf area will host specialty markets and food stalls, so you can browse and snack until showtime.
