【Exhibition Overview】

    Xi'an Advanced Manufacturing and Digital Industry Expo - Xi'an National Defence Science and Technology Expo, abbreviated as Xi'an Military Expo, is centred on promoting the digital transformation of the advanced manufacturing industry. The event conducts in-depth research on the significant development opportunities faced by Shaanxi's advanced manufacturing, digital industry, and military industrial science and technology sectors, focusing on key industrial chains in Shaanxi Province such as aerospace, advanced manufacturing, high-end equipment, national defence informatisation, intelligent terminals, and new materials.

    As an important component of Shaanxi Province's advanced manufacturing industry cluster, the Xi'an aviation industry cluster is thriving. Yanliang District, led by AVIC Xi'an Aircraft Industry Group Company Ltd., has gathered over a thousand related enterprises. More than 30 types of large and medium-sized military and civilian aircraft have been produced here. Over 40 enterprises in the district have participated in the development of aircraft models such as Yun-20, J-20, Zhi-20, H-6K, C919, and the Modern Ark series. A number of core technologies filling domestic gaps have achieved breakthroughs here. The Modern Ark series regional passenger aircraft, China's first with independent intellectual property rights to enter the international market, has taken flight globally from here. The Xi'an aviation industry cluster has also been successfully selected as one of the first national advanced manufacturing industry clusters. The local drone industry is developing rapidly and holds a leading position nationwide.

    In addition to the aviation industry, Shaanxi's advanced manufacturing industries, including commercial heavy-duty trucks, new energy passenger vehicles, and solar photovoltaics, have grown rapidly with the support of leading enterprises such as Shaanxi Automobile Group, Xi'an BYD, and LONGi Green Energy, making significant contributions to the development of Shaanxi Province's advanced manufacturing industry clusters.
