【Exhibition Overview】

    Approved by the State Council of the People's Republic of China, the CIFIT takes "Bringing In" and "Going Global" as its core themes, and features four major distinctive characteristics, namely highlighting its national and international positioning, highlighting investment negotiation and investment policy promotion, highlighting coordinated regional economic development of the country, and highlighting cross-strait economic and trade exchanges with Taiwan.

    As the only international investment promotion event in China currently aimed at promoting two-way investment, this exhibition has been certified by the Global Association of the Exhibition Industry (UFI) and is currently the world's largest investment-oriented exhibition. The event is dedicated to building three core platforms: two-way investment promotion, authoritative information release, and investment trend discussion. It has now developed into a highly influential international investment event worldwide, making outstanding contributions to China's reform and opening-up and socialist modernisation.

    In the future, the exhibition will continue to focus on the theme of two-way investment promotion, striving to build a high-quality exhibition that is internationalised, professionalised and branded, and to create a core platform for a new round of high-level opening-up, playing an active role in promoting the formation of a new pattern of all-round opening-up and building an open world economy.

    The exhibition has consistently implemented the development concepts of innovation, coordination, green development, openness and sharing. With the theme of "Focusing on the Belt and Road, Promoting Two-way Investment", it adheres to the development direction of internationalisation, professionalisation and marketisation, widely gathering wisdom from all parties to promote in-depth negotiation and multi-party cooperation. It not only contributes to the development of China's open economy, but also provides support for robust global economic and trade growth. In 2023, the exhibition attracted 475 exhibitors and was held at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center.
