【Exhibition Overview】

    The Cake Bake Show is the UK's premier professional baking exhibition, covering three industry sectors for the first time: production, sales, and management.

    The previous edition of the show covered a total area of 25,000 square metres, attracting 480 exhibiting companies from China, South Korea, Japan, Germany, Dubai, Turkey, the United States, Australia, and many other countries and regions around the world, with a total of 23,497 visitors. This edition will showcase more than 100 brand-new products. In recent editions, the proportion of natural and organic products has increased, and the transparency of product supply has continued to improve.

【Featured Events】

    The show features a brand-new industry forum tailored to the development characteristics of the baking industry, helping visitors grasp the key industry trends and best practices. In addition, there will be several special activities:

    - Over 100 baking demonstrations by pastry chefs and bakers will be held across 4 professional laboratories, where masters will share practical baking tips and experience with visitors

    - 3 professional competitions in the bakery and pastry field will be organised, allowing visitors to discover new baking recipes and witness the talents of both emerging and seasoned baking professionals
