Select the booking date, fill in the information to place an order. After payment is successful, the order is confirmed as placed.
(1) For the tickets included in the package, please bring the original valid ID document filled in during booking to the park's manual ticket counter on the entry date to obtain the ticket or ticket voucher. Then, present the original valid ID document and relevant voucher at the park's ticket gate for verification of person, ticket, and document before entry.
(2) Obtain a QR code from the Chimelong Official Online Ticket Collection Page, and present the QR code for verification when dining at the Penguin Hotel Emperor Penguin Buffet Restaurant.
(1) Adult Ticket (Standard Ticket): Applicable to all persons.
(2) Child Ticket: Applicable to children who are aged 3 years old or older but under 12 years old on the day of visit/dining, or whose height reaches 1.0 metre but does not exceed 1.5 metres.
(3) The above age requirements are calculated based on birthday, using the travel date as the reference. If the corresponding conditions are not met, the price difference must be paid according to the applicable ticket type.
(1) Ocean Kingdom tickets allow two entries within the operating hours on the date of use. You may re‑enter the park after dining by using the facial image recorded upon initial entry.
(2) Meal vouchers must be used within the restaurant's operating hours on the date of use.
(1) Regular operating hours for Chimelong Ocean Kingdom: 10:00‑20:00.
(2) Lunch hours for Chimelong Penguin Hotel Buffet Restaurant: 11:30‑14:30.
(3) Operating hours are subject to temporary changes. Please refer to the on‑site operating hours for details.
(1) Please ensure that the identification information of the visitor/user filled in during booking is accurate, true, and complete. Any failure in verification, entry, or any loss caused by inaccurate or false information submitted shall be borne by the user.
Chimelong's products adopt a floating price system. Prices and inventory change in real‑time. Making a payment and placing an order does not guarantee successful booking. The booking result is subject to final confirmation. If tickets become unavailable, we will notify you in time for a cancellation or reschedule. We apologise for any inconvenience caused!
Cancellation & Amendment Policy
1. For cancellations requested before 23:59 (inclusive) 1 day prior to the usage date, no fee will be charged.
2. For cancellations requested before 19:59 (inclusive) 0 days prior to the usage date, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order amount will be charged.
3. Late cancellations are not accepted.

Chimelong Ocean Kingdom, Zhuhai is located within Chimelong International Ocean Tourist Resort in Hengqin, Zhuhai. It brings together rare marine animals, spectacular new large‑scale performances and top‑class amusement facilities, making it the largest marine theme park in the world. The Ocean Kingdom can accommodate up to 50,000 visitors per day. Here, we have carefully prepared 10 rare animal exhibition halls, 9 thrilling amusement rides, 3 large theatre shows, 19 speciality dining outlets, multiple themed shops and kiosks, as well as float parades, central lake performances and other outdoor shows.

The Emperor Penguin自助餐厅 Restaurant features an overall design themed around polar glaciers, with over 1,600 seats. It houses a unique penguin gallery and the "Penguin Ice Palace" animatronic theatre, bringing together more than 500 types of speciality cuisine from around the world. While enjoying the buffet feast, you can also get up close and personal with the adorable and endearing rare penguins.
The restaurant's signature offerings are deep‑sea seafood, alongside an array of exquisite Chinese and Western dishes, such as South American barbecue, Western grilling and sautéing, and traditional Cantonese cuisine, as well as various kinds of fresh sashimi from the waters of Japan, making you feel as if you are in an ocean of gastronomy.
