Select travel date, vehicle type, number of passengers ‑‑ fill in contact details + hotel information ‑‑ confirm details ‑‑ place order and pay ‑‑ payment successful ‑‑‑ booking confirmed;

Please book and pay successfully at least 24 hours in advance. Wait for ticket confirmation for car booking. After successful booking, please check WhatsApp/SMS for the confirmation note;

Driver fee, vehicle rental fee, fuel fee, highway/tunnel fee, traffic accident insurance;

Vehicle options: 1‑4 persons / 1‑7 persons / 1‑10 persons;

Driver language is Thai. If an English‑speaking driver is required, please specify in the booking remarks. We will try our best to accommodate, but success is not guaranteed;

Upon domestic arrival, please exit through Gate 1. Look for your name on the railing to the right of the PPmart convenience store outside the exit, or on the railing at the entrance of PP Mart supermarket.

Upon international arrival, please exit through Gate 2. Look for your name on the railing immediately to the left outside the exit;

Upon arrival at the pick‑up point, please confirm your identity with the staff. The staff will then notify the vehicle to come from the parking lot for boarding. This process takes approximately 10‑15 minutes.

If there is no flight delay, the driver will wait for 1.5 hours for international flights and 1 hour for domestic flights from the time of landing. No waiting beyond this time, and no refund will be given;

If the flight is delayed, you must inform customer service at least 3 hours before the original arrival time (local time). Upon flight arrival, if a vehicle is available, you will board it. If no vehicle is available, a taxi will be arranged for the passenger, and the taxi fare shall be borne by the passenger. The pick‑up fee will be refunded in full. If you fail to notify us 3 hours in advance, and the driver waits according to the no‑delay policy but the passenger cannot arrive, this order will be treated as used and no refund can be made.

This is the price per vehicle trip. If you change the destination on the spot, additional fees may apply and must be negotiated with the driver or contact us.

Major holidays including Mainland China, Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan, Thailand local areas, Khao Lak and other out‑of‑area locations require confirmation from customer service. A price difference may apply. If you do not wish to adjust, a full refund can be issued.
