Use the "Ticket Collection Code" and "System Issued Mobile Number" received via the reserved email to collect tickets at the self‑service kiosk in the lobby or restaurant, then present the ticket for dining at the restaurant.

(3) Dinner 17:30‑21:30;

Zhuhai Chimelong Hengqin Bay Hotel Buffet Restaurant (The buffet is divided into three areas: Dolphin Zone, Amazon Zone, and Captain Zone. The specific dining location will be arranged on‑site by the restaurant based on operational needs).

(1) Adult Ticket (Standard Ticket): All visitors;

(2) Children's Ticket: Children aged 3 but under 12 on the day of dining, or children with a height of 1.0m but not exceeding 1.5m;

(3) Duo Ticket: Includes 2 Standard Tickets;

(4) Trio Ticket: Includes 3 Standard Tickets;

(5) Each adult holding a Standard Ticket may bring one child aged under 3 or under 1.0m in height on the day of dining for free.

(1) Service charge is included in the buffet price;

(2) Tickets are valid for single use only on the valid date. Please arrange your time accordingly;

(3) The buffet must be booked at least 1 day in advance. The order date should be the date of use. If you have booked a hotel, the breakfast usage date should be the day after check‑in. For example, if you check in on August 1st, the breakfast order should be placed for August 2nd. Please take note.

Seat availability for meal voucher‑related tickets can only be checked after payment is completed. If seats are found to be fully booked after payment, we will notify you to cancel the order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
