The Chiang Mai Xishuangbanna Royal Feast is a unique dining experience that blends the flavours of Thailand and Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province, China. It features distinctive dishes such as Hang Lay curry, tomato chilli minced pork sauce, green chilli sauce, fried pork skin, fried chicken, fried noodles, stir‑fried mixed vegetables, fried banana or seasonal fruits, and also offers a variety of entertainment and cultural programmes, including dance performances, percussion instrument playing, and traditional costume shows, presenting us with spectacular performances. This dining experience is a rich cultural exchange, allowing visitors to gain a deeper understanding of the customs and traditions of Thailand and Xishuangbanna in Yunnan Province, China.
