This product requires at least 6 hours advance notice for airport delivery. If the customer provides less than 6 hours notice for airport drop‑off, any resulting incidents shall be the customer's responsibility.

Pick up from Khao Yai hotel and drop off at Bangkok airport (There are many piers on Koh Samet; please contact customer service if a different pier is required).

The driver speaks Thai. If an English‑speaking driver is required, please specify in the booking remarks. We will try our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability.

The company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or a higher class than the one booked.

Durians are not allowed in all air‑conditioned areas in Thailand. When using this car rental service, durians are not permitted. The fleet will refuse boarding and no refund will be given. Please take note.

Surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, and Thai New Year. Please contact customer service for details or pay the price difference after placing the order.
