Airport drop‑off requires at least 4 hours in advance. If the flight departure time is 16:00, the pick‑up time you enter when booking must not be later than 12:00;

After successful booking, please check the registered email shortly. Print the confirmation voucher or download it to your phone and show it to the driver;

Driver fee, toll fee, fuel charge, traffic accident insurance;

Total number of adults and children; infants can be carried by hand. The number of luggage pieces carried plus the number of passengers must not exceed the total number of seats;

The driver speaks Thai, with basic English communication;

Airport drop‑off service is available 24 hours. Simply fill in the flight information when placing the order;

One‑way airport drop‑off between Phuket Airport and hotels island‑wide. The driver waits free of charge for 30 minutes. If the waiting time is exceeded and the driver leaves, no refund will be given;

This is a price per vehicle trip. The price remains the same as long as the number of passengers and luggage does not exceed the total number of seats. Changing the destination temporarily will incur an additional fee, which needs to be negotiated with the driver or contact us;

Surcharges may apply during Christmas, New Year, around Chinese New Year, Chinese holidays, Hong Kong holidays, Thai New Year, or outside the coverage area. Please consult customer service in advance or pay the price difference after placing the order;
