From Bangkok Airport to Ban Phe Pier, Koh Samet (there are many piers to Koh Samet; please consult customer service if you require a different pier). After arriving at Ban Phe Pier, you will need to take a boat to Koh Samet on your own;

The driver's language is Thai. If you require an English‑speaking driver, please state this in the remarks when booking. We will try our best to arrange, but it is not guaranteed;

If there is no flight delay, the driver will wait for 2 hours starting from the scheduled landing time. For visa on arrival, if notified in advance, the waiting time can be up to 4 hours;

Our company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or a higher class than the one booked;

Durians are not allowed in any air‑conditioned places in Thailand. When using this car rental service, durians must not be brought along. The driver will refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Please take note;

There may be surcharges around Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, Thai New Year (Songkran), etc. Please consult customer service in advance for details or pay the difference after placing the order;
