Select travel date, vehicle type, number of passengers ‑‑ fill in contact details + hotel information ‑‑ confirm details ‑‑ place order and pay ‑‑ payment successful ‑‑‑ booking confirmed;

After successful booking, please check WhatsApp/SMS for the confirmation slip. Print it or download it to your phone to show the driver;

Vehicle rental fee, fuel cost, driver fee, traffic accident insurance;

Toll fees (no expressway in Pattaya), driver gratuity (at your discretion);

For vehicle use within Pattaya city area, please specify the exact itinerary in the special instructions;

The driver's language is Thai. If an English‑speaking driver is required, please state it in the remarks when booking. We will try our best to accommodate, but success is not guaranteed;

Air conditioning, CD player, no Wi‑Fi;

An overtime fee of 300 Thai Baht per hour will be charged for exceeding the allotted time. This can be paid in advance or in cash to the driver on the day;

If a vehicle is needed in the Thonburi area, an additional fee ranging from HKD300 to HKD800 will be charged depending on the specific itinerary;

The company reserves the right to arrange a vehicle of the same class or a higher class than the one booked;

Durians are not allowed in any air‑conditioned premises in Thailand. When using this car rental service, durians must not be brought along. The driver will refuse boarding, and no refund will be given. Please be advised.

Surcharges apply during Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year period, and Thai New Year. Please contact customer service for details or pay the difference after placing the order.
