Airport Express trains run approximately every 10 minutes; from the airport to Central takes about 24 minutes; from the airport to Kowloon Station takes about 18 minutes; from the airport to Tsing Yi Station takes about 14 minutes.
(1) Once booked, the ticket is non‑refundable and non‑changeable but can be used within the validity period.
(2) Return QR Code: Please use the same QR Code for both directions at the designated stations.
(3) The first and return trips do not have to be on the same day; the first trip must be used before the expiry date, and the return trip must be completed within 30 days after the first trip.

Airport Station is directly connected to Hong Kong International Airport, making it easy and hassle‑free for passengers to enter and exit the airport with a welcoming experience.
Arriving passengers, after collecting their luggage at the baggage claim hall and passing through customs, can proceed directly from the arrival hall to the Airport Express platform at Airport Station to board the train to the city, where they can exit the gates with their ticket or QR code; departing passengers can enter the station at city stations, board the Airport Express train, and after alighting at Airport Station, proceed directly to the airline counters in the departure hall (Level 7) of the airport terminal.

Single‑journey QR code ticket valid for one trip on the Hong Kong Airport Express to/from the airport and designated stations.
Tickets must be used within 90 days from the date of purchase.
All bookings are non‑refundable, non‑exchangeable for other tickets, and non‑redeemable for cash once confirmed.
Passengers should not share their ticket QR code with others to ensure the QR code is not used without authorisation.
If passengers use the free in‑town check‑in service, the same QR code must be used when entering the station to complete check‑in procedures.
In case of any dispute, the final decision of MTR Corporation Limited shall prevail.
