Transfer Service to YongPyong Resort, High1 Resort and Alpensia Ski Resort

(1) After gathering at the Sports Complex, please transfer to your booked ski resort shuttle bus;

(2) Please present your boarding pass (voucher) upon boarding;

(3) If you are unable to board at Hongdae/Sinchon/Myeongdong/Dongdaemun, please use other public transport to gather at the Sports Complex 10 minutes prior to the departure time;

(4) Drop‑off locations may vary depending on road and traffic conditions;

(5) Depending on circumstances, some routes may make intermediate stops;

(6) Estimated arrival times may differ from actual arrival times depending on traffic conditions and severe weather, and we accept no liability for such circumstances;

(7) All vehicles depart strictly on time. Please arrive at the departure station at least 10 minutes before departure to board the shuttle bus;

(8) Seats are not pre‑assigned; please board in order of arrival;

(9) If you fail to board, we will not contact you individually. Additionally, the shuttle bus will not operate if there are no bookings;

(10) Please book your boarding pass in advance; tickets are not sold on‑site;

(11) We accept no liability for any loss of or damage to personal items on the vehicle;

(12) Boarding and arrival times may vary depending on weather and traffic conditions;

(13) Please note that depending on the number of passengers on the bus, you may be required to transfer to another bus at the Sports Complex station before continuing your journey to the resort;

(14) Staff at Jamsil Sports Complex will be on‑site to assist you with the transfer service;

(15) You may load your luggage onto the shuttle bus at no extra charge;

(1) Please ensure you arrive at the designated location 10 minutes in advance. To avoid delaying subsequent schedules, late arrivals will not be waited for;
