(1) Pregnant women and individuals under the influence of alcohol cannot participate in this tour. No refunds will be issued if discovered on‑site; your understanding is appreciated.

(2) The minimum group size is 6 participants. If the number of bookings falls below 6, the activity may be cancelled, and you will be notified by email one day in advance.

(3) Services throughout the activity are provided in Japanese or English only; Chinese services are not available. Thank you for your understanding.

(4) Depending on whale watching conditions on the day, if whales are spotted early, the return to port may be earlier than scheduled. Your understanding is appreciated.

(5) This tour is approximately a 3‑hour cruise. However, depending on where the whales are found, the return time may be advanced or delayed by over 1 hour. It is recommended to leave sufficient buffer time for subsequent itineraries to avoid delays.

(6) For safety reasons, participation may be denied to children or elderly individuals when sea conditions are poor. Your understanding is appreciated.

(7) The tour may be cancelled due to force majeure factors such as weather and sea conditions. In such cases, you will be notified by email the day before or on the day of the tour. Please pay close attention.

(8) If the rain does not affect the safe navigation of the vessel, the tour will proceed as scheduled, even on rainy days. If guests choose to cancel the tour themselves due to rain, cancellation fees will apply in accordance with regulations.

(9) Passengers are requested to arrive at the designated meeting point within the specified meeting time. Missing the meeting time will be regarded as a cancellation on the same day, and fees will not be refunded.

(10) Humpback whales are wild animals and are subject to natural factors such as weather and sea conditions. Sightings cannot be guaranteed.

(11) If humpback whales are not sighted on the day, you may participate in the whale watching tour again for free. The validity period is until 4 April 2027.

(12) Even if humpback whales are only observed blowing water or engaging in similar behavior from a distance, or if 2 or more participants sight humpback whales on the day, it will be considered a successful whale watching experience, and free re‑boarding services will not be provided. Please take note of this.
